To return your online order, please visit our returns portal within 14 days of receipt and follow the instructions. After you have registered your return, we need to receive it within a further 14 days for the refund to be processed by our warehouse.

You also have 14 days from delivery to return your order to any official superdry Store (excluding Northern Ireland Franchise Stores), with your order confirmation or order invoice emails. Please take reasonable care of the item you purchased as any damaged or soiled items, or items where tags have been removed, will not be accepted for return.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. Returned fragrance products will only be accepted if unopened and in original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This returns policy does not cover gift cards, products bought from third party retailers (including concessions and franchise stores); products bought outside the UK and personalised or altered products.

Vintage Returns Policy

This Vintage Returns Policy only applies to items marked as Vintage stock, as sold in select superdry stores only. For purchases of all other products, please see the general Returns Policy displayed around the store.

The Vintage stock sold is original and will usually show a few signs of wear or slight fading due to age, including stains, rips, or holes. Vintage sizes do vary and the garments tag size may not be reflective of modern sizes. All Vintage stock is sold as seen, and the customer takes all responsibility to satisfy themselves that the product is of satisfactory quality prior to purchase.

Returns are not accepted for Vintage stock. This does not affect your statutory rights.
